Even though I joined near the finish line, I played a key role in ensuring the site launched clean, clear, and consistent with the brand voice.
With the launch of the new website, we aimed to improve the visibility and engagement of our industry and service pages — key drivers of traffic and conversions. To assess the impact, we compared March year-over-year performance, excluding paid search to focus purely on organic and direct traffic.
