01 — Project details

I was brought in to define the brand’s verbal identity as part of a larger brand system overhaul. My contribution included codifying voice, tone, and messaging principles for use across marketing, product, and customer experience channels.

  • Created a flexible yet distinct brand voice

  • Defined tone variations by channel and audience

  • Provided examples of “do/don’t” copy and sample messaging for consistency

  • Delivered a guide that was integrated into the full brand system by the design team
